Physically stored information,will be held in locked cabinets with access restricted to authorised personnel. Electronically stored data will be stored within computers, iPhones and iPads backed up by encryption where possible and passwords.

We will generally hold your data for six years from the date of your initial involvement.

Access
You have the right to request copies of all information we hold about you. Requests can be made in writing to Duffus Village Hall secretary.
